No Ovulation

I'm on day 16 of my cycle and I haven't ovulated yet! No positives on my OPKs, low temps. I've been tracking for the last 3 months. The first month, I ovulated on the 12th day (+opk, EWCM and temp rise) and got pregnant but had an early miscarriage at 4w3d. Last month was on cycle day 14 (temp rise only) but I assumed that since I had the miscarriage it would be off. Had my period a few days early. Now I'm not sure what's going on. Has anybody else experienced this?
