Ovulation?

Hi ladies. So I am on CD19 and I had my LH surge during days 15 and 16. Is it possible I still haven’t ovulated?? My temp is still low, but my Resting Pulse Rate and Breathing Rate went up. What is going on?? 😭

I think you ovulated on day 18. My pulse rate sky rockets like yours did on day of ovulation then tapers.

Ladies try to graph your temp in Fertility Friend as well so you can back up both. This month Ava didn’t recognize it but FF did I have LH tests to confirm FF’s chart.

Same thing happens to me sometimes!! I’m still testing with OPKs to confirm ovulation. I’m not sure why, but it seems like it’s easier to tell when I ovulated based on pulse rather than temp. Here’s my chart. Got a positive OPK the day after it predicted ovulation.

Also at the end of my cycle where the temp spiked, I got the flu so I had a fever. Wonder if it screwed up my data!!

I definitely think my RPR and BR were responding to my ovulation, not my temp. You see a small spike and then it stays low, then they all dip around 5-6 dpo (implantation dip maybe?) and then my temp starts to rise. Then positive pregnancy tests yesterday 🎉
