My daughters dad is trying to push for summers and holiday visitation for our one year old daughter. He hasn’t been involved he lives in Texas we live in Missouri, he goes 5-6 months without seeing her , he uses work or money as an excuse every time as to why he can’t come see her , so I’ve been doing all the traveling , I’m ok with him getting her every other holiday but he wants her the whole 3 months of the summer which i think is outrageous fit someone who hasn’t been involved my daughter barely knows him and I’m not comfortable with her being gone for entire 3 months is that even possible ? Can the judge grant him full summer visitations?
