Found kittens

So I live in the Middle East and tbh there aren’t any close shelters close to where I live. It’s full of wild dogs and cats etc especially around our house. Yesterday I found some newborn kittens crying and I didn’t touch them or placed them because I thought their mother would come soon, but they’ve basically been crying since then and I don’t think the mother is coming back. Any idea what I can feed them?? I would buy kittenmilk but it’s atm too far for me since the car isn’t home, I heard something about mixing eggwhite and water but I’m not sure, I don’t want to harm them but I want to keep them alive :/ I’ve put them inside the garage under a blanket for now.

Also: I found ANOTHER kitten too but that one is slightly older than these and I don’t think they come from 1 mother, I feed that one milk and small amounts of chicken until I get some proper catfood (first pic)
