cleaning after husband

hi everyone. im a stay at home mom. we r married 6 years have 2 kids. I didn't mind to clean after my husband before my second born but now I makes me so mad coz I don't have time for anything and he is not helping me coz he is saying he is working outside and I have to work inside the house. when we r going to restaurants he is cleaning after hisself but at home he is like a pig so it has been 4 days that his dirty plates at the table his butt is so lazy o just put it in the kitchen and I will wash it. I asked him to clean after himself but he is saying me it's your job. it makes me so mad that if he is outside he is cleaning. what do u think what should I do with these plates??? and what should I do in all that situation??? I'm tired of cleaning after him. there is not only plates he left his clothes his 30 pair of shoes and everything else around the house
