bedtime for toddler entering school ? my almost 4 year old is starting school in Aug. she will have to get up around 6am, what time is everyone putting their little ones to sleep?

we don't eat dinner till 6 630 since thats when daddy gets home , so we can eat as a family. But even spending an hour with daddy  after dinner and relaxing time to unwind before lights go off it's already 9! I know what they recommend but how many hours do you really make sure your child is getting???

My 6 year old has to get up by 715 for school days and she goes to bed at 8. This has been her bedtime since she was a baby. Most days she wakes on her own by 7-715 but some days I have to wake her up.

My daughter is four and she requires 10-12 hours of sleep. (She doesn’t do naps) she goes to bed at 7:30pm and gets up between 7-7:30 am usually.
