Ultrasound 6.5 weeks today!

Im going in for an ultrasound at 2:45 today and i am so scared im not gonna get good news. I had an abdominal ultrasound done around 4 weeks and there wasnt anything there, then around 5 weeks a had 1 transvaginal and they seen a sac but thats it. Its only been a little over a week and im scared they wont find anything again :( anyone have the same thing happen and have a positive outcome? This will be my rainbow baby <3
