how accurate are the 99 story pregnancy test (updated)

so I haven't felt well since Christmas and after a few week took a few test all negative. my period is a lot more late than I thought so this morning I took a test because things still felt off and it was positive.... like really dark positive. I'm going to take more test but I just need to know how accurate this on actually is.

**update**

so went to a local clinic because I was too impatient to wait for my doctor and got it confirmed that I am pregnant and due in September. I'm so happy and well my husband almost fainted. I'm almost 7 weeks
