Clear Blue Hpt vs. Cheapies 🤔

So mommas, I tested positive with a clear blue easy hpt about 3 days before AF was due. Yesterday I missed AF and tested again with a cheapie from the Dollar Tree and got a negative result ??? Anybody have any input or suggestions as to why ?😕 I feel kinda hopeless right now.
