I tried to follow this, but I didn’t have ginger paste or vinegar. I did 1 tspn of garlic powder
& I didn’t add the amount of brown sugar it called for. Next time I’ll follow exactly, it wasn’t bad just a little strong in the soy sauce area but on top of rice it balanced out.
I made the mixture and marinated the fish for 20 minutes, basting every 5 minutes.
Broil the fish for 10 min. On whatever temp the broiler is set on..mine was 500
Baste it again after 10 min then broil it for 5 min.
I mixed left over juices with the green beans
It was soo good
