Exercise ball...38 1/2 weeks
How long did you ladies bounce and sway on the ball? Do you think it helped? I have one I’m always on it. I’m walking and some grown up activities ☺️and squatting as well plus I have stairs so I’m always up and down them. I’m just ready trying to get this cervix open more. What are you ladies thoughts? What else did you do besides the ball?
