CMV with IUI

Hello! My husband and I are currently trying for baby number 2 (first we conceived with Femara and an IUI), and running into an issue with CMV. Either I have an active case of it when they do the blood work, or my husband does, so we can't move forward with the IUI until it's cleared up. Anyone else run into this issue? What did your doctor suggest you do? At my most recent appointment the Dr said I'm coming close to premenopause due to my bad test results and low follicle count (decline by almost 50% in 8 months), so I'm worried about wiring this out too long. I'm only 34, so feeling a little discouraged today. Thanks for any comments or suggestions, and good luck to everyone!!!!
