Pregnant 4 months postpartum?

Hello! My baby girl will be 4 months old tomorrow, and I keep having the feeling that I’m pregnant. I haven’t had my period since having my daughter, and we were breastfeeding until one month ago. But I have felt really tired, lightheaded, dizzy, and nauseous. But my hair is also falling out so I’m wondering if it’s just my hormones changing. Is it possible that I’m pregnant even though I haven’t had a period? Or is it most likely something else? I will take a test when I get home... just curious if anyone else has been through this?

My hair has been falling out since having my daughter and I’m 100% not pregnant lol 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m actually surprised I still have any hair on my head.

Hi I was getting all these symptoms too, my son is 19 weeks I took a test on Christmas Eve and it came back positive, waiting on an appointment to get a scan due to the fact that I had no period I don’t have a clue how far gone I am 🙈🙈

I've been feeling the same thing for weeks now except I had my first period 4 weeks pp but haven't had one since due to having the implant put in I have heartburn which only ever happened when I was pregnant I'm probably just being a crazy person but I'm going to test this week
