Period is a week late ??

I’m not pregnant either so what would cause this I’ve never been this late I have period symptoms but no period

Just PMS. Don't stress and all, that will make your period even more late. Maybe you are just irregular? It could also be stress, sleep, change in hormone levels, gaining/losing weight, etc. You will probably get your period in a few days, because you are having period symptoms.
