Confused, please help.

So today is 5 weeks after I miscarried. I was 7 weeks along when I miscarried. I had a period about 25 days after my MC. My hcg levels were down to 4 the day after the miscarriage.

My husband and I did try, but I got my period so I thought I was out and would try again this month. I used an opk today and it showed positive, which should be too early but wanted to start checking this week just in case.

On a whim, I used a cheapie pregnancy test because I know of people getting positive opks during early pregnancy. And it’s positive. Confirmed with a first response. See pics.

Could it be true? My period was pretty heavy. Or is this leftover hcg!?
