please for the love of god use the TMI option don't just write TMI in the headline because people can still see the image. on this photo you can clearly see the option is easily accessed. personally I do click on them and comment/give advice have even posted myself in the past using TMI but for a lot of woman they do not want to see your boldly fluids and blood. it's because of people who don't TMI the image that people start complaining and people feel they can't use the app due to it been a trigger of sorts. Just be mindful of the community, read the rules and follow accordingly it really isn't that difficult.
