Masturbation

Everybody masturbates, duh, it’s natural. I am wondering though, do men need to masturbate every so often or is it a choice?? I personally being a female don’t need to masturbate to go on with my life but I know men are different and have different needs. Is it a must? Will something happen if they don’t masturbate every so often? Or is it a choice like females? Then again to each their own. Some females feel the need to do it everyday as well as guys but my real question is if it’s an absolute must for guys
