Prayers & Wishes for Baby No. 1

Hi All, I finally got my 1st ever BFP on Thursday after trying for 6 months - however I found out just after I had what I thought was my period - very light though. My HCG levels dropped over the weekend and tomorrow I have a scan to find out if I’m still pregnant, have lost the baby, or if I’m about to miscarry, or if it’s ectopic. Please wish, pray, cross your fingers and blow baby dust for me. I am terrified but trying to ignore my feelings until I know what’s happening.
