Baby waking up every hour at night 😩

My almost 5 month old was sleeping great (~6-8 hrs straight and then back to bed after night feedings)... but just recently she has been waking up every hour to nurse. She doesnt take to pacifiers and has only been able to be soothed by nursing... 😞Has anyone else gone through this? Any advice?
