Leaking fluid???

So I lost my mucus plug/bloody show two days ago on Sunday morning. I’ve been having cramps in my lower stomach since then and lower back pain. But on top of that, I have been leaking a lot of clear watery fluid. It’s not discharge because I’ve had that throughout the whole pregnancy, and its not pee. It fills my panti liners though, and when I went to the bathroom it has leaked off my panti liner on to my underwear. Does anyone know what this could be??? When I looked it up it says it’s amniotic fluid but is that bad?? I have a doctors appointment today at 10:30, I’m just kinda nervous.
