So I didn’t ovulate??
I just started charting my BBT. I miscarried last month. I have a question...so yesterday morning (the highest point) I woke up extremely startled by my alarm, it scared me and my heart was pounding - did that create the sudden jump? I’m just confused at this point. I’m assuming I didn’t actually ovulate now that it went back down 😞
