Why am I bleeding??? 😷😭😭

I had my cycle on 01/01 through 01/04. It was a bit lighter than usual, but it definitely came. I started bleeding again on 01/13 and it has not stopped. It is as heavy as a normal cycle and very painful. I am having sever back neck and left leg pain due to this. Does anyone have ANY suggestions about what may be happening? We were trying to conceive during my ovulation period which began on 01/11. Side note- I will be calling a doctor today, just wanted to see if you ladies had any ideas. Thanks!
