Bleeding? Low rising hcg? Confused

So I got my BFP one week ago... I tested bc my boobs were sore and I was three days late for my period.

Super excited everything was all good then I started spotting on 1/12 light pink spots didn't think much of it. 01/13 and I start cramping and bleeding bright red blood. The intensity becomes worse and so does the bleeding. I waiting for about 8 hours to see what would happen and then I went to the ER (bc my doctor office was closed for a long weekend and I was afraid it could be ectopic) so they did my beta hcg it was 50 and they didn't see much on the ultrasound. Sounds like I was miscarrying but I needed to come back two days later for another blood draw. Next day 01/14 I start passing clots and bleeding more and strong cramps. 01/15 I went in for my blood draw expecting it to be 0... it doubled! It was 107. Was not expecting it at all.

Now I have to wait and get my blood drawn AGAIN tomorrow. Still bleeding bright red blood... faint cramping but not nearly as bad.

I'm so confused... anybody have anything happen to them like this? 😫
