Is it rude to discuss pay?
My coworkers and I constantly talk about how much we get paid, with no issues.
However, my partner works for his dad, yet his dad won’t tell him how much he can expect to make when he’s fully qualified because it’s “rude”. He’ll be in the second year of his apprenticeship in March, and will inherit the business when his dad retires.
