Teething signs?

Hello! My son is 14 weeks and is showing some signs of teething- hands always in his mouth, drooling, taking a little less milk than normal- but I was wondering if there are any other signs that I could look out for? He's also been really fussy and has been screaming crying every on a few occasions over the last two days, whereas normally he's extremely laid back. He's going through a leap too so not sure if the crying and fussiness is down to that. Either way we have a difficult baby on our hands today- any advice appreciated!! 🖤
