Pinching left ovary?

I was due to ovulate on monday, had intercourse sunday. Now it's Wednesday and had a pinching feeling for 10 minutes on my left ovary. Could i be ovulating today or could this be a sign of pregnancy? Anyone's opinions are appreciated i am still kind of feeling the light pinching.

This happens to me every month too. I can't temp bc I have bad sleeping problems and rarely get a full block of sleep. I'm over the crazy line opks, so next month, I was planning obj using the clear blue smiley ones.That way there is no questioning the stick lol
