kinda worried.
kai sooooo. i have this feeling directly below my sternum in the center. the best way i could describe it is like a baby moving or kicking. i am not pregnant. i can feel it externally too i can even see my shirt move when it happens. i have no clue what this is. anyone ever experince this? there no pain. ive also felt nauseas and dizzy for the past two days.
