How do you deal with baby mama issues???

My boyfriend of two years has a 6 year old boy from his ex. She lives in another state and really isn't in his life. She may call once every four months or so and talk to him on the phone for 5 minutes. Shes not a good influence so I'd rather him not be around her at all and my by feels the same way, so I guess you could say we lucked out! The only "drama" we have is the fact he calls me mom and she hates that!

We got lucky, baby momma moved to Florida (we are in Illinois) and she really doesn't come around too often. I'm raising his 4 year old as my own and he's about to have a baby sister in July too :)

My husband has three kids with his ex and bm is a bit..h however they are yung 9 7 & 6 so I have a good relationship with them however it took a long time to get along with bm bt once she realize I was not going no where and I stand my ground and he put her in her place we developed a relationship lol .But in time it gets easier been married 4 years and been together 5

I realize we have a very unique situation and yes sometimes there's sarcastic remarks but for the most part everyone co parents very well for our daughter. Some baby mamas are too jealous that you have what they couldn't keep and make it about themselves when it should be about the child :/

It is tough being with kids, my husband has 2 boys from his first marriage and the ex wife can be a bee and you use the kids against him like not allowing him to see them, the games that they play its ridiculous

My love was with this horrific abusive woman for 9 yrs, in which he raised her two children from 2 previous relationships. So they're not blood related to him. They split up 8 yrs ago, & it's still such a bloody dramatic entangled mess. Unfortunately the girls turned out like their mother & we support them both off & on. The 21yro lived with us & robbed us blind every way she could, & talked shit about us constantly while she lived scott free in our home on our money. For some reason my man jut cowers to them since he cares for them, when all they do is use him relentlessly, & they don't care about ANYTHING but themselves....& for what? He owes them nothing. Really hard to keep my mouth shut sometimes.

My boyfriend and I are in a relationship and we are getting married soon his baby mom which is his ex wife do not like me she do not know me she has never seen me and they live in New York he is from New York and we live in Virginia and she will not let the children come down here because she doesn't like the fact that he moved on and has another family. It bothers me very much because I am deeply in love with this man and he is one day going to be my husband but we just have to go through the courts in order for me to meet his children I have been with this man for 3 years God willing and I have never met his children or talk to his children he talked to his children on the phone we go to New York for him to see his kids but if she know that I'm around she will not let the kids go with him. I despise her I do not like her I cannot stand her I will put up with her for the sake of my future husband but other than that I have nothing to say to her because I have never done anything to her and you know what the sad part is it's going to be really sad if I get pregnant and we have a baby before I meet his kids all because of her.

I don't talk to her. I think all communication should go through my husband. We have the kids full time, she lost custody because of drugs and other mental issues. She does nothing but criticize me, belittle me, call me names. I stepped up to raise her kids with as much love as I could give and she's just envious of my relationship with them.

She sees them on certain weekends. It never fails that she finds something wrong with the clothes I've packed or bought for them (she's against anything polyester). She somehow found out I was trying to gt pregnant and couldn't. So now she refers to me as the "barren" housewife. Or "the maid". This is why I refuse to talk to her. I'll get put in jail.

I won't say that it doesn't piss me off, but I've dealt with baby mama drama with my last marriage and I won't let it stress me out like the last time.

It's tough especially now that my stepdaughters are teenagers and one is making poor choices just like her mom did. She refuses to even talk to my husband and they live 3 hours away. Now, we are watching the youngest one go down a bad path. :(
