Stomach Muscle Pain
I did some googling and will be asking my doctor when I go tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone else has this and any info/insight you may have I've been working out my entire pregnancy and even did extra ab workouts during the first half of my pregnancy About a month ago I noticed that when I activate my muscles they "mound" up to a point in the middle (like a mountain) if that makes any sense and it hurts Anyone else?
