Staying motivated (long post sorry but I need advice)

Alright y’all I need some help, I recently lost a ton of weight with the X diet. I felt better I was more active way happier ( I have bipolar disorder and anxiety) well for a couple of months I wasn’t able to afford the products and had to be put on anxiety medication because it was getting out of hand again. I’m planning on getting back with the X diet but until then I need tips on how to stay motivated, like I want to work out but my anxiety makes it to where I don’t even want to leave the house. What are some tips to eat healthier on a budget and working out at home?
