put it on there. doesn't hurt and someone might decide that's what they want to get for baby. :) I added like everything to my registry. 😂 but I'm also using it as like a wishlist for stuff I want to get for baby as well since anything left on it gets like 10% off, counts towards a gift box, and diaper rewards. I'm using amazon.

My childhood best friend bought ours the day we found out the gender lol. She got it off of eBay so we wouldn’t have been able to register for it. Plus we wanted it early so we could plan paint colors and accessories. Ours was a 10 piece set.
