TRIGGER WARNING

I went to my scheduled ultrasound today and found that my baby’s heart had stopped beating about 3 weeks ago (at 7 weeks). I have an ultrasound scheduled next week just to be sure, but what’re the next steps?

I’ve had no cramping or bleeding, so I think medical intervention will be necessary to expel the pregnancy. How do they do this? 😔
