sex tonight

so yesterday I had ewcm all day slight cramps during the day but they got more intense late in the afternoon and evening, I had sex last night. today still having some cramps and don't feel great cm is watery with ewcm but much less than yesterday. I know i should bd tonight but neither me nor hubby feel like it. could I skip tonight and do it tomorrow or should I really force myself and him to do it tonight also. Ugh I have been worried all day about this. I'm crazy I know.
