My bf and I had sex four days after my ovulation, he came in me.... then we realized that he condom was broken...... So I took Plan B One Stop within 20 mins.

SIDE EFFECTS:

- Not much in the first three days, expect I barely had any cm.... felt like it dried out

- On the sixth and seventh days after Plan B. I spotted some blood in almost orange color. I freaked out because I thought it’s implantation bleeding. I had a mild cramp.

- On the eighth day after Plan B I got my period with terrible cramps.... So technically Plan B made my period come 3 days earlier + mood swings (I cried several times)

How I track my period:

- I chart my bbt everyday, the temperature before ovulation stay relatively low, then it raises about 0.5-1 F all of sudden, that’s the ovulation day. After ovulation, the temperature stays relatively high until it drops back, on that day..... pls bring tampon or pads.

- Some sighs for pregnancy: implantation dip, which happens about 7 days after ovulation, looking for one-day bbt dip. BBT arise, after implantation and remain high.

What would affect bbt:

- Measure your temperature right when you wake up, don’t wait, don’t even sit up. Several mins of lazy time in bed can affect your temperature.

- Make sure you sleep at least five hours, night owls (including me) please try your best to sleep longer

- Your room temperature will affect your bbt, also the food you consumed the previous night, especially alcohol.

Final thoughts:

Girls, believe in yourself, you are already amazing. Having a baby or not, it needs our efforts but it also needs some luck, don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Remember, we are strong, smart, independent and fabulous.
