Melatonin safe for conception/pregnancy?
I'll be rotating on to third shift for two weeks starting Monday. As many may know, sometimes its hard to sleep during the day. I'm considering taking melatonin to help me sleep. However, I'm concerned whether its safe to take while TTC and/or pregnant. Thanks!
