No period in 100 days. Hopefully answers tomorrow?

Haven't had my period in 100 days. The only constant that I've been having is an aching in the right ovary that alternates between dull/aching and sharp/stabbing. Had 2 weird looking clots come out a couple of weeks ago. I'm seeing a new OB/GYN tomorrow to figure out what is going on with me. I've had the nexplanon implant for almost 8 years total and have never had any issues like this. No history of cysts, PCOS, or anything like that. On top of this issue, 9 friends welcomed their first or second babies last year and another 13 or 14 have announced their pregnancies and it is making me more depressed since I had a miscarriage in 2016 and have been wanting to start trying for another baby since I got home from air force basic training in October 2017. I can't get in to see my normal therapist since she's booked until mid March and discuss this with her.
