Confidence booster needed... 🙃
So I used to be really confident in high school cause I was in sports year round and ever since I graduated May ‘17 I have lost most of my confidence in my body. I started to not do much for exercising cause I was enjoying my break I had and I kept on eating like I used to. I weighed 146 when I graduated and I weigh 172 right now. (I gained more than the freshman 15...) I am working out everyday now and my doctor has put me on a low fiber diet for a short amount of time due to a recent ER visit. I still can’t seem to lose the weight I want to though. I’m 5’10”. Please post some tips for me so I can reach my confident self again.
