I have identicals :) and you don't get identicals from running in the family! So mine are spontaneous :) just as happy to have them though!

Mine run in the family. Just last year my mom was pregnant with twins. But when pregnant with me, there was a second sac but the baby didn't form. My grandmother, was pregnant with twins, but sadly they didn't make it. My cousin and me are the only ones so far to carry our twins and to have them survive.

I'm 24 weeks today expecting twins, fraternal twins, a boy & a girl.. I have two kids, & we got pregnant unexpectedly & conceived them naturally, but wanted another baby anyway, we were shocked when we found out we were having twins!! There has been a couple sets of twins in my family on my moms side, last set was in 1980, unfortunatly one died at birth, & the other when he was 20 yrs old. Don't know who the other sets were, they were a long time ago, I was told it skips generations in our family.

My paternal great grandmother was a twin. I've been expecting cousin after cousin to have a set, but I'm the lucky one! :)
