I'm going crazy

So for the past week or so I've felt slightly.. off... my boobs aren't sore.. to say but they fill... fuller.... almost. then my CM is all sorts of crazy I've had a significant amount of it here the past few days. to w jere I feel like I'm "wet" all the time. no AF to speak of yet and I am (according to glow) 3 days late. I haven't tested in about a week. and I could have sworn I had a faint line on t hag test. but I wasn't sure.. I feel like I am symptom searching. I hate this :(
