Waiting until marriage

Calling all of my Christian ladies!!! I need some advice. So my boyfriend and I are both 18, we have been together for a year and in that year we have made some mistakes regarding physical boundaries. We decided that we want to recommit to waiting until marriage but it has been very difficult for us since we have already experienced physical intimacy together. Does anyone have advice on how to abstain from sex and wait until marriage?
