Spina Bifida testing

I’m 24 years old pregnant with my second child and I have to decide at my appointment on Friday if I would like to have the testing done for spina bifida. Our first child we did not do any extra testing and she was absolutely perfect and is 2 years old now. I’m just wondering if anyone would or wouldn’t get it done if you were me. Thank you!

Edit: I was told by my doctor that the ultrasound can detect 80% of cases but the testing is to be sure because if your baby does have it then you have to have a c section due to the pouch on the low back.
