PLS READ!! PRESCRIPTION??

So my son Got prescribed this medicine he’ll be 2 months Friday. It says to give him 2.5??? Does that mean it’s 2 full droppers and then a half of the dropper?  
Or is it up to the .25 only?? Would that equal the 2.5??
I’m confused. And pharmacy closes soon.. I won’t be able to get there to show them instead of ask through the phone.
I’m also concerned because it has 30% alcohol!! I don’t want to give him the wrong dosage!!!

for that dropper it would be a full two and a half of the whole dropper since it only goes to 1.0ml and you want to give him 2.5ml.
