Don’t know what do say anymore !

So ladies , I went to the hospital today ER because I was having really bad cramps . They took a blood and urine test and it came out negative. My fiancé and are having doubts . I haven’t had my period since November 21st, I’m bloated, my breast are tender, I feel nauseous sometimes, I’ve taken about 20 hpt and they all were negative, my lower back has been hurting. Idk what to do . I’m feeling like life really sucks .😔😔😔 I need someone to tell me something . I’m stressed out .
