Miscarriage?

I am 4 weeks and 5 days today and started cramping pretty consistently this afternoon and around 3:45 I started bleeding like this

Now it’s 7:00pm and I’m still cramping but the blood has gotten brighter.

I have an ultrasound tomorrow morning but I’m pretty sure I either had a chemical pregnancy or a miscarriage.

Thanks guys. I had my ultrasound this morning and I definitely lost it. But she said as far as miscarriages go I had the best possible outcome. I’ve already lost almost all of my clots and my ovaries look great. She said we shouldn’t have any problems getting pregnant again.

It may not be! A friend of mine had this and her little boy is now 5 months old! It happened a few times actually. Maybe see a doctor ASAP! I wish you all the luck in the world! 😘

I'm sorry dear, it doesn't look good. Some spotting can be normal in early pregnancy if it's brown or very light pink. 5w is too early to see anything in a scan unfortunately. Hang in there, I'm praying for you 💕💕💕
