What were your pregnancy symptoms?

I’ve been having..
Lower back pain
Mild cramps
Bloating
Frequently peeing
And sore nipples to the touch!
And also kind of feeling like blah.. 
I though maybe I was having a uti so went to the doctor and I don’t have a uti. They also tested me for pregnancy and it was negative.. but it’s like a week to early to test really.. 
Af is due in 5 days could I be having af symptoms or pregnancy symptoms. Obviously no one knows, I just wanted opinions and other lady’s symptoms?

When I was pregnant with my son (but before I got a positive test) my only symptoms were cramping and my stomach was a little upset (not nauseated - more than having to go to the bathroom often upset). I thought maybe my period was about to start because of the cramping but a week after I was expected to start the test came back positive.
