TTC with problems on both sides. 3rd cycle on Serophene

Hi, looking for a cycle buddy. It’s a relief to find Glow and all of the groups as I literally feel like there is no one that I can talk to. Sorry if this post is too detailed...

We have been TTC for 11 months, after 6 months of totally irregular cycles (having been on cerazette for 5 years) I found out that I wasn’t ovulating. Now on 3rd cycle of serophene and have been moved up to 75 mg. Seeing gynae on Friday to see whether anything is developing for this month 🤞. Husband also has issues - his sperm quality is subfertile at 1% but sperm count v v high so it’s not too concerning. What is more difficult is that he struggles to ejaculate and since TTC the problem has got even worse. I’m lucky if we manage x2 successful BD’s at ovulation time and even getting those 2 is pretty stressful. 5 of my best friends are pregnant and sis in law just told us last night that she is expecting. For the first time the news made me really sad and I feel bad about that as I’m so so happy for her. Husband and I had huge argument and seem to be approaching the whole thing from completely different perspectives. Now I feel like I can’t even talk to him. Thanks for any support in advance and anyone up for being a cycle buddy would be so welcome 😀
