Question

Does mother’s milk tea really work? My supply is running a low and my baby is barely a month old. I want to increase my supply to have a stash for my baby.

I get a few more ounces per day if I drink at least 3 cups of mothers milk tea per day. If I don't drink 3 cups it doesn't seem to make a difference. Everyone is different so you may as well give it a shot!

I've found that Fenugreek + Blessed Thistle supplements combined with a gallon of water per day work better, but maybe that's just me.

be really careful with fenugreek, unfortunately a lot of women find it has the opposite effect and it actually decreases their supply. a mich safer way of increasing supply is to up your electrolytes  (coconut water is a safe bet) & start power pumping. the more milk you remove, the more your body will produce. if you need more help with it, feel free to reach out
