Anyone where ear plugs to Zumba??
I'm only 22 but holy crap are my ears sensitive. I went to a swerk class last night and the music was so loud, it made the whole experience unpleasant. I already ordered some ear plugs. I feel like I'm going to look like such an idiot but at the same time I can't continue going if I don't wear them 😭 anyone else??
