I ended my cycle yesterday 1/17 Day 6 is today according to glow my fertile day will be 1/23 when do i start using Preseed n should I start using the opk again as well?

I would bd every day with pre seed and continue to use opk’s so you know when to start!! Good luck!! Baby dust !! My fertile window is supposed to be 1/22 - 1/27
