I can't help but over think and get my hopes up that I am pregnant!

As I type this my little dog Ruby is snuggled up to my stomach while I lay in bed! She never does this, she always lays at my feet! And all I can think is omg does this mean I'm pregnant lol! I need my mind to switch off for goodness sake! Does anyone else obsess like this? Feel like I'm going loopy xx
